San Palermo

San Palermo at Abacoa is a small Mediterranean-style townhome community featuring 34 residences, each with 3–4 bedrooms and about 1,867 sq. ft. Homes include a detached two-car garage and a private courtyard-style patio. Two floor plans are offered, including options with flexible first-floor suites or dual master bedrooms upstairs. Located west of Military Trail near the Valencia neighborhood in Jupiter, San Palermo is the only Abacoa community without a shared pool, though many homes feature private pools.
